Rewards Programme Rules

These Rewards Programme Rules describe how PipMiles are earned, held, and redeemed. They supplement the Terms and Conditions and apply to all members.

Only activity from linked, eligible broker accounts that passes verification counts toward earning. Abuse controls may exclude wash trading, coordinated volume, or other conduct inconsistent with good faith participation.

Membership levels may adjust earn rates within published caps. Miles are not cash, securities, or deposit balances.

Redemptions require sufficient balance, applicable tier access, and partner availability. Copay amounts, taxes, or delivery restrictions may apply as stated per reward. We may cancel redemptions affected by fraud or error.

Members must not trade solely to earn rewards or manipulate reporting. PipMiles may adjust or forfeit miles linked to prohibited conduct and cooperate with broker partners on compliance matters.
