PipMiles is an independent loyalty programme for eligible traders. Members earn PipMiles from qualifying activity reported by participating broker partners and may redeem them for lifestyle rewards. PipMiles is not a broker and does not hold client funds.

Membership is intended for individuals who maintain an account with a participating broker in an eligible country, meet programme age and identity requirements, and accept the programme terms. Broker and reward availability varies by region.

After linking an eligible broker account, verified activity is assessed under published earning rules. Miles are credited when activity meets volume, product, and timing criteria defined in the programme rules. Earning rates may differ by membership level.

No. PipMiles must not influence trading decisions. Trading carries significant risk of loss. Rewards are a courtesy benefit of eligible activity, not a reason to increase exposure, frequency, or leverage.

Members browse the rewards catalogue, select an offer within their balance and membership tier, and submit a redemption request. Fulfilment is subject to partner availability, verification, and the terms shown for each reward.

Miles may expire after a period of account inactivity or as stated in the programme rules. We publish expiry policies in member communications and in the Rewards Programme Rules.

Connections use secure, read only reporting integrations or approved file imports as configured with each broker partner. PipMiles does not receive credentials that allow trading on your behalf.

Core membership is structured as described on the Membership page. Optional partner offers or copay amounts may apply to specific rewards. We do not charge hidden redemption fees.
